Our dried mango project in Burkina Faso is a real success story! Since the start of the project in 2016, the number of farmers supplying their organic mangos has doubled and the production of dried mango has increased by over 300%. Since the processing of our organic mangos requires many helping hands, we are now employing over 900 seasonal employees, predominantly women, offering an important source of income.

We have launched our Child Protection Program in Sierra Leone! Going beyond the Fairtrade certification, the program aims to enable our cocoa farming communities to address poverty and access to education in order to empower children and youth and keep them in school.

We are happy to share that Tradin Organic is launching several Organic Plant-Based protein concentrates to cater to this trend in addition to our already existing portfolio of Plant-Based Proteins.

In 2019 Tradin Organic started working with local farmers to grow and harvest organic chia in the beautiful country of Tanzania. Initially Tradin came to Tanzania in 2017 to set up a project for organic certified cocoa beans, but soon started working with other local organic products, such as vanilla, honey, moringa powder, and chia.

Our ORGANIC DRAGON FRUIT, also known as pitaya, is sourced from certified organic farms in Southern Vietnam. Since the organic dragon fruit flowers open at night, our farmers work diligently around the clock to care for the fruit and ensure the best possible yield. Once mature, vibrant colored organic dragon fruit is hand-picked by the farmer, delicately frozen, dried, or pureed and packed for shipment.

On Sunday 16th of June we celebrated the official opening of the new puree line of Midi Organic, Serbia. Gerard Versteegh - President of Tradin Organic and several colleagues from Tradin Organic joined the celebrations alongside the Serbian minister of agriculture Branislav Nedimović.
