Suppliers are required to have a Food Safety management system in place, preferably based on the HACCP principles. Tradin monitors Food Safety wherever possible through accredited, specialized laboratories conducting chemical and microbiological analysis. Tradin appoints third party companies to monitor physical hazards and this mix of internal and external monitoring bodies ensures optimum product safety. The frequency and type of inspections depends on Tradin’s risk assessment, which is compiled based on recommendations by internal and external specialists and our customers’ requirements.

Tradin Organic invests in internal and external audits, KPI monitoring and research on new arising issues to ensure organic integrity and continue to monitor concerns in the market. We have deployed strict product specifications to rank product quality based on experience and market knowledge. Product quality is monitored at the source and in the Upstream Supply Chain by independent third parties.
