Partnering with Osapiens for EUDR compliance

Over the past month, our sustainability team has investigated many different third-party software solutions offering support for the due diligence required by EUDR. Based on a reflective materiality analysis and thorough research we decided to collaborate with one of the leading ESG solution companies in the market.

We are excited that we partnered with the EUDR solution provider Osapiens. Osapiens is a German ESG SaaS company developing compliance software solutions for multiple regulations like the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act, CSRD and EUDR. Osapiens team comprises more than 300 dedicated professionals and supports leading companies in the Food and FMCG industry worldwide.

Having a track record in supply chain traceability solutions and having recently secured a substantial funding round led by Growth Equity at Goldman Sachs Alternatives, we believe that Osapiens will be the right choice to support our compliance efforts. We believe that with their sophisticated AI-powered and cloud-based platform ‘Osapiens HUB’, we will leverage our sustainability efforts and keep positioning ourselves as a global frontrunner in sustainable and organic ingredients.

With this new partnership supporting the compliance project, we are optimistically looking into the future and towards the upcoming milestones on the EUDR roadmap. This regulation is a big step towards securing ecosystems and preserving biodiversity globally and strengthens our commitment to deforestation-free supply chains within our organization.
