Our ORGANIC CONDENSED COCONUT CREAM is produced from our organic dried white coconut that has been finely ground into a paste. Condensed Coconut Cream is an exceptionally versatile ingredient, both soy and dairy free. Its mild coconut flavor and white to off-white coloring make it an excellent substitute for lower fat coconut products and standard dairy creams.

We are proud to provide up to 4X CONCENTRATION over the competition, based on fat values. This product has a remarkable fat content of approximately 70%, offering significant cost savings over lower fat coconut creams and milks.

The product is 98% total solids and additive/sulfite-free. Shelf Life for this product is 12 months under proper storage conditions, packed and shipped in 5 gallon plastic pales weighing approximately 40 lbs, with a minimum order quantity of 1 pallet.
