Acomo has a single and uniform Whistleblower procedure that applies for all companies within the Group. This procedure ensures that anyone has the possibility to confidentially report any alleged irregularities of a general, operational and financial nature.
WHISTLEBLOWER PROCEDURE
Acomo manages SPEAK UP!, a formal grievance mechanism for all internal and external stakeholders of the group companies. We encourage stakeholders of Tradin Organic with concerns about the conduct of our employees, suppliers or partners to make a report, which can also be done anonymously. All reports are investigated by Acomo’s Compliance Office, and Acomo reports on the number of reports in the Annual Report.
