For over 20 years, we’ve worked with small-scale organic farmers in Southern Serbia in order to provide juicy plums, amongst other fruits, which are dried and frozen locally. The unique climate of this region and the hard work of our farmers allows us to provide organic frozen plums (IQF) and purée that are ideal for jams, marmalades, juices, smoothies and purées.
