Decolorized apple concentrate can be used as an alternative to sugar and other liquid sweeteners. It has no color and no distinguishing flavor which means it can sweeten anything from juice drinks and alcoholic beverages to yogurts and ice cream. Apple concentrate can be ordered in various levels of acidity, from the low acidity, very sweet product which is often used as a flavor and sweetener, to the medium and high acidity apple concentrates. We offer a range of acidities and can meet the acidity specifications required by individual customers to suit their products and needs. Apple concentrate has many applications, it can be used in fruit juice blends, ciders and as a sweetener in jams.
