Organic Sweet Potato Flour
Our organic sweet potato flour is naturally gluten-free, incredibly versatile and can be used as an ingredient for pasta, tortilla, breads, cookies, pancakes, cakes, doughnuts, and more. It can also be used as an ingredient in smoothies, as a thickener for soups, sauces and gravies, and even a gluten-free breading for frying. Organic sweet potato flour has a mild sweet taste while bringing a richness of flavor and holding moisture well when added to any finished good. Our organic whole sweet potatoes are grown deep in the heart of Mexico and processed on-site. The sweet potato flour is produced from the dried, whole sweet potato, including the skins, and ground into a fine flour.
