We source our organic teff from various origins in Africa and Europe. Teff is somewhat similar to millet or quinoa when cooking, however, the teff grain is a lot smaller, making it quicker to cook. Teff is a high fiber grain and it is a good source of protein and minerals. Our organic teff flour can be used in bakery products like crackers or cookies. We also supply puffed teff which is a great ingredient in cereal bars or breakfast cereals.
