Our organic sweet potato flour is naturally gluten-free, incredibly versatile and can be used as an ingredient for pasta, tortilla, breads, cookies, pancakes, cakes, doughnuts, and more. It can also be used as an ingredient in smoothies, as a thickener for soups, sauces and gravies, and even a gluten-free breading for frying. Organic sweet potato flour has a mild sweet taste while bringing a richness of flavor and holding moisture well when added to any finished good. Our organic whole sweet potatoes are grown deep in the heart of Mexico and processed on-site. The sweet potato flour is produced from the dried, whole sweet potato, including the skins, and ground into a fine flour.

Sourced from various prime growing regions in South America, Tradin Organic offers organic banana flour, both with and without peel. The banana flour is produced from unripe green bananas which are dried and milled into a fine flour. As an ingredient, banana flour mimics traditional flours incredibly well, with a very mild to neutral banana taste and a light and fluffy texture. Even better, the high starch content in banana flour allows you to use roughly 30% less flour in your everyday recipes. Not just for baking, banana flour can add a nutrient boost to smoothies, baby foods, or as a thickener to soups and sauces. Its light taste blends well across the board.

Organic Cassava Flour

Organic cassava flour is considered a perfect gluten-free alternative to traditional wheat flour, without compromising on texture or flavor. Our organic cassava flour blends well with other alternative flours, like organic banana flour or organic arrowroot flour. Organic Tigernut Flour

Organic Tigernut Flour

Despite its name, organic tigernut flour is actually nut-free. Tigernut flour is made from the root of the tigernut plant, which is dried and ground into a fine flour that is high in fiber, healthy fats and resistant starch. Organic tigernut flour’s slightly sweet and nutty flavor enables bakers to add less sugar to their mix of ingredients. Being an alternative to wheat flour, organic tigernut flour can be used to add flavor, richness, and texture to any recipe, such as; cookies, pie crusts, biscotti, pancakes or pudding. Our organic tigernut flour is also a tasty ingredient in savory items, such as black bean and veggie burgers.
