Organic and sustainability go hand in hand. Together, they help secure resilient supply chains, strengthen brands, build premium margins, and foster consumer loyalty. This belief drives our integrated sustainability practices and robust due diligence system. As part of our commitment to nature, we have joined the Nature Positive Forum, a global movement working to halt and reverse biodiversity loss by 2030 using consolidated metrics and tools.
Building on this, we are developing our Nature Positive Plan: a practical, measurable, and traceable program to scale impact as our business grows. Even better? You can be part of it, contributing to a shared vision that supports your brand goals.
At Tradin Organic, we believe that making organic everyone's first choice helps nature nourish our shared future. Recognizing the global urgency of nature decline, our new Nature Positive Plan explicitly positions our work within the international goal of halting and reversing biodiversity loss. We utilize our Impact Growth Cycle (a circular model) to show how our business growth directly drives positive impact.
This cycle begins by meeting the growing market demand for conscious products. We invest in our origins to scale regenerative organic agriculture, which boosts biodiversity, soil health, and farmer livelihoods. Empowered farmers reinvest in their farms, securing the resilient and loyal supply chains we need to continuously meet that market demand. This strategic approach pulls our existing efforts together under a central umbrella, putting nature in the spotlight.
Our strategic approach comes to life through four key focus areas: Biodiversity, Climate, Water, and People. We scale regenerative organic agriculture and enhance ecosystem services in the regions we source from. To address climate change, we follow science-based carbon reduction pathways in our own operations and support scope 3 reductions through carbon insetting across our supply chains. Our water efforts promote water-smart farming and safeguard water security in sourcing areas. And when it comes to people, we are committed to protecting human rights and improving the livelihoods of farmers, their families, and communities. These pillars form a practical, measurable roadmap for scaling impact alongside business growth, and we set quantified targets to transparently report progress in our yearly Impact Report.
We have developed Regener-Eight, a tool to map regenerative practices throughout our supply chains. It generates a score of 1-8 for all our ingredients, which increases with the implementation of improvements. We use Regener-Eight scores to guide our improvement projects in origin and welcome customer collaboration to accelerate their impact. We offer various ways and levels of engagement, including:
Our expertise in organic practices, deep-rooted presence in sourcing areas, combined with our ability to implement and finance impact projects, enables us to drive change:
