Also known as green gram, our organic green mung beans are grown in China where we have our own sourcing office. From here, we carefully select our organic suppliers and monitor the supply chains, helping us to ensure the food safety and organic integrity of our green mung beans. Appreciated for their nutritional value, green mung beans are an ideal ingredient in soups, sauces, bean pastes and ready-made meals. Our organic green mung beans are often used for dry retail packing or for canning but they can also be used for sprouting.
