Adoption of EUDR regulations and update to General Terms & Conditions of Purchase

Adoption of EUDR regulations and update to General Terms & Conditions of Purchase

In line with our ongoing commitment to sustainable and transparent supply chains, Tradin Organic has formally adopted the requirements of the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR). This regulation aims to ensure that products placed on the EU market are free from deforestation and forest degradation.

As part of this transition, we have updated our General Terms & Conditions of Purchase to align with the EUDR requirements. The revised terms include additional provisions on traceability, supplier due diligence, and verification obligations to ensure compliance across our sourcing network.a

These updates reflect our shared responsibility to protect forests, biodiversity, and the communities that depend on them. We ask all our suppliers and partners to review the revised Terms & Conditions carefully and to ensure that their operations and supply chains meet the new standards.

The updated General Terms & Conditions of Purchase are available on www.tradinorganic.com/terms.

Effective date: 17th of November, 2025.
