We believe in organic agriculture as a force for good. Therefore, we support the organic movement and enter partnerships to strengthen organic integrity across supply chains. To back up our claims, we are committed to demonstrating the positive impact of organic farming by measuring our sustainability impact on the ground.
Tradin Organic works with several platform organizations to support the organic movement. Together with these organizations, we aim to boost organic agriculture, strengthen organic integrity in supply chains, and combat fraud with organic certifications. We are a proud member of the OTA, IFOAM-EU, IFOAM-Global, AöL and Bionext and we are one of the founding members of the Organic Processing and Trade Associations OPTA. In addition, we work together with researchers like Soil&More to study the impact of organic farming on our environment.
Tradin Organic is an early member of the Dutch Initiative on Sustainable Cocoa (DISCO) and actively contributes to its commitments to zero deforestation, living income, and no child labor.
We monitor, evaluate, and communicate our environmental and social impact for our integrated supply chains.
At Tradin Organic, we strive for a positive impact on the health and incomes of farmers and workers, soil quality, CO2-emissions, and biodiversity, amongst other aspects. Through our involvement in every step of the supply chain, we can measure our impact on people and planet and show concrete results.
Through this, Tradin Organic actively contributes to the Sustainable Development Goals of the UN2030 Agenda as mentioned throughout the website. View the Impact Logic.
Our community projects would not have been possible without the support of our loyal customers who have helped us realize these goals. We invite our customers to participate in these projects, to help multiply the impact for farmers and their communities. Please contact us if you are interested in contributing to a project of your choice.
