Our organic tigernut is grown in West Africa and it is processed into organic tigernut flour in Spain. Tigernuts are officially not a nut, but the roots of the tigergrass plant. Tigernuts are becoming a popular superfood and the flour is often used as a gluten-free alternative to wheat flour. We supply whole peeled organic tigernuts for retail packaging and also offer organic tigernut flour in different grinds. Tigernut flour can be used in cakes, cookies, pancake mixes and many other bakery products.
