Our organic arrowroot is grown in India and South America. The arrowroot is washed and pounded into a pulp before being sieved to obtain the arrowroot starch. Our organic arrowroot flour is a great ingredient in gluten-free baking applications. The arrowroot starch can also be used as a thickener in soups and sauces. Our organic arrowroot flour is available in 10kg and 25kg bags.
