As our cocoa processing facility utilizes whole bean roasting technology, our organic cocoa liquor conserves its delicate flavour profile. As well as being the key component in chocolate, cocoa liquor can also be used for bakery, beverage, and confectionary applications. We can also produce custom-made single origin cocoa liquors, which we have available on a seasonal basis. Tradin Organic supplies organic certified cocoa butter in natural or deodorized form. Our organic cocoa butter is obtained by pressing cocoa liquor and, next to being a major component in chocolate, is often used in personal care products and the pharmaceutical industry. Single origin organic cocoa butter can be offered upon request and products with combinations of the certifications mentioned are available. Our cocoa butter can be delivered in bulk, 25kg blocks and chunks (easy dosing / easy melting).

Our organic cocoa butter is obtained by pressing our cocoa liquor and grinding the resulting cocoa solids (cake) into cocoa powder. Because of our global cocoa sourcing and our own processing facility, we also offer specialty single origin cocoa powders. Our cocoa powders can be delivered in 25kg bags or big bags, and are suitable for a wide range of applications including baking, dairy, and instant products.
