Our cocoa powder is obtained using nib-roasting techniques by pressing cocoa liquor. After pressing, the solid parts of the cocoa liquor (cake) are ground into cocoa powder. Both natural and alkalized powders are available with a low and a high fat percentage. Our cocoa powders can be offered with a wide range of certifications such as: organic, Fairtrade, RFA and UTZ. Products with combinations of the certifications mentioned are also available. Our cocoa powders can be used in a wide range of applications including baking, dairy, and instant products. Cocoa powder can be delivered in 25kg bags and big bags and is available as natural 10-12%, alkalised 10-12% and alkalised 20-22%.
