Coconut cream and coconut milk are both produced by extracting the oil and liquid from the meat of a coconut and adding water. Coconut cream is thicker, and has a higher fat content, than coconut milk. Coconut cream is increasingly used as the key ingredient in non-dairy yogurts, ice creams and smoothies.
