The Trade Coordinator assists the Trader(s) in the trading activities, especially in an administrative, coordinating and preparing way. The Trade Coordinator provides assistance in sales, order and contract management, customer service, quality related queries and accounts receivable.

Your job tasks, responsibilities and objectives
• Contract management
• Customer service
• Order processing to logistics – supply chain
• General administrative tasks
• Sample processing and follow up
• Back office for sales
• Monitore productions/ repacking
• Weekly reports (purchase and sales contract + Stock list)
• Assist in overall sales and marketing performance
• Assist in customer service/complaint handling towards clients and suppliers
• Assist in sales tasks
• Assist in the accounts receivable tasks
• Assist in reporting obligations
• Assist in quality management
• Assist in contacts with the other Tradin offices
 
For this challenging role you are required to have
• Min. 5-10  years' experience in an administrative and customer oriented role commercial environment or similar role
• Experience in a similar industry (trade, agriculture, logistics) is a big plus
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
• An accurate working style
• Excellent command of the English and Dutch language, any third language (especially Italian) is a plus
• Ability to solve challenging problems, prioritize, meet deadlines and work with minimal direction
• Advanced proficiency with Word and Excel
• Knowledge of ERP system Axapta is a plus
