Job overview
With our growing sales figures and ambitions we are looking for a Trade Assistant who assists the Sales Managers in the selling activities especially in an administrative, coordinating and preparing way. The Trade Assistant provides assistance in sales, order and contract management, customer service, quality related queries and accounts receivable. The Trade Assistant reports to the Sales Director D-A-C-H and works closely together with the team in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, HQ of Tradin Organic.

Your job tasks, responsibilities and objectives:
•    Contract management
•    Customer service
•    Order processing to logistics – supply chain
•    General administrative tasks
•    Sample processing and follow up
•    Assists in overall sales and marketing performance
•    Assists in customer service handling towards clients
•    Assists in sales tasks 
•    Assists in the accounts receivable tasks 
•    Assists in assessing new trade opportunities and product developments
•    Assists in reporting obligations
•    Assists in quality management
•    Assists in contacts with the headquarters and the other Tradin offices 

For this role you are required to have:
•    Several years’ experience in an administrative and customer oriented role in a commercial environment or similar
•    Very good communication skills both verbal and written in German language and good skills both verbal and written in English language
•    Ability to solve problems, prioritize, meet deadlines and work with minimal direction
•    Accuracy 
•    Advanced proficiency with Word and Excel 
•    Knowledge of ERP system Axapta/Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
