Job overview:
The sales assistant provides assistance in all sales related tasks (order and contract management, customer service, quality related queries, claims, accounts receivable, CRM and reporting) and also represents the sales manager in their absence.

Your job tasks, responsibilities and objectives:
•    Contract management
•    Customer service
•    Order processing to production, logistics and supply chain
•    General administrative tasks
•    Back office for sales
•    CRM Management 
•    Assist in overall sales and marketing
•    Assist in sales tasks 
•    Assist in the account receivable tasks 
•    Assist in reporting obligations and management information enquiries
•    Assist in quality management/complaint handling

For this challenging role you are required to have:
•    Completed commercial vocational training
•    A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar commercial role in food (ingredients) sales
•    Experience in organic industry is a plus
•    Proven communication skills – both verbal and written
•    Ability to solve challenging problems prioritizes, meet deadlines and work with minimal direction
•    Proficiency in the German and English languages (in writing and verbally) is a must; command of other languages are a plus
•    Good communication, commercial closing skills, "international mindset", result driven, precision and a team player
•    Advanced proficiency with Word and Excel
•    Living in the area of Syke, Germany
