Overview
The sourcing development plays a role in the setup and development of sourcing projects around the world, enabling Tradin Organic to source and sell high quality organic products. In order to develop these projects, we initiate intercompany multi-disciplinary teams, with clearly divided tasks, shared and individual goals, thus acting as a team to realize these global projects.
Your job will be to keep the project management tool (PMT) up to date, by checking and motivating participants. Secondly, the job contains structuring the information coming from the sourcing development local representatives, in terms of field reports, and visiting reports.

Your tasks, responsibilities and objectives:
•    Continuously make the PM tool (Asana) operational for the sourcing projects
•    Training the sourcing, trade, finance and quality teams for the use of the PM tool, and providing them with access hereof
•    First line of support to colleagues about the PM tool and follow up with helpdesk
•    Following up with colleagues on a monthly basis, on the use of the PM tool
•    Participating in bi-weekly calls on the progress of the projects
•    Structuring the quality audit, and field audit reports
•    Preparing the President’s report on a monthly basis

For this challenging role, we are looking for a candidate who possesses:
•    Intellectual and working capabilities on a Bachelor level
•    Sufficient knowledge and understanding of structure in project management 
•    A Detail and precision oriented mentality 
•    The Ability to solve problems, prioritizing, meeting deadlines and working independently
•    Excellent communication skills, including the capability to communicate on various levels of business
•    Fluency in the English language (both written and verbally), any other language proficiency is a plus
•    Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Excel
