Job overview
The Marketing & Communications Coordinator manages the internal and external communication and marketing of Tradin Organic and its subsidiaries. This position coordinates all digital marketing of Tradin Organic, which includes the different company websites, social media, direct marketing e-mail, etc. The Marketing & Communications Coordinator implements our global advertisement strategy and is in charge of writing content and producing graphic designs for different digital channels, as well as for our print materials. This role will also lead the work on the internal communication strategy of our company. This position reports to the Sustainability & Marketing Specialist and will be working closely together with our marketing colleagues based in Amsterdam and the US.
This role provides a lot of room for own initiative. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with a hands-on personality and a persistent attitude.

Your job tasks, responsibilities and objectives
• Manage 5 corporate websites: Generate content and continuous monitoring and improvement of SEO and conversion, generate content;
• Create direct e-mail marketing campaigns and manage our social media channels;
• Global media planning in collaboration with our international offices in the US, France, Germany and Taiwan;
• Write content for our websites, social media, advertisements, press releases, print brochures and other publications;
• Graphic design for digital and print productions, such as product information, sales presentations, advertisements, department and region specific presentations, etc.;
• Lead internal communications: Use different channels to keep our colleagues around the world informed about the latest developments in our company;
• Set up a branding strategy for specific products or product categories;
• Act as brand guardian: implement changes across the company where necessary to brand strategy, brand assets, marketing material adjusted to different global regions.
 
For this challenging role you are required to have
This role involves developing projects independently and requires a lot of own initiative. For this reason, we are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter, with a hands-on attitude. Since this role also involves a lot of content writing, we do require expert writing skills in English. The ideal candidate should match the following profile:
 
• At least 2 years’ experience with managing marketing and communication campaigns, preferably in a business-to-business environment;
• Experience with managing websites (content management, SEO, lead conversion, etc.);
• Experience with creating engaging digital marketing campaigns, including direct e-mail, social media and blogs;
• Excellent English copywriting and editing skills, conversational level of Dutch would be a plus;
• Comfortable with designing digital and print marketing materials, such as digital ads, brochures, case studies, presentations;
• You know your way around graphic design software, like Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop;
• Familiar with Google Analytics, Google AdWords and Mailchimp;
• The ideal candidate has a self-starter attitude a commercial mindset, showing creativity and initiative;
• Affinity with the Organic Food industry.
