Overview
The HR intern assists the HR department with the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties, such as recruitment, payroll, HR administration, employee relations, training and development. There are 3 colleagues working at the HR department. 

Your tasks, responsibilities and objectives
• Assist in recruitment (scheduling interviews, sending confirmations to candidates etc.)
• Assist with the implementation of services, policies, and programs and assists company managers with HR issues
• Prepare and issuing employment contracts to new employees
• Make sure that all employee records are accurate and well maintained (digital and manual)
• Organize onboarding program for new staff
• Update both manual and electronic personnel records when an employee’s personal details change.
• Take care of on- and off boarding administration
• Take care of employees sickness records in corporation with HR Generalist
• Prepare input for the HR newsletter on a quarterly basis.
 
For this challenging internship you are required to have
• Currently studying for a Bachelor in a HR related field
• Knowledge about MS office software and how to work with it
• Experience of working with and handling confidential data
• Proficiency of the Dutch and English language (verbal and written).
