Using the unique roasting process of whole-bean roasting at our cocoa processing facility, we are able to preserves the unique flavor of the bean (origin/type), making cocoa liquor the best ingredient for high quality (single origin) chocolates / cocoa products. Our cocoa liquor is available with a wide range of certifications such as: organic, Fairtrade, RFA and UTZ. Products with combinations of the certifications mentioned are also available. Cocoa Liquor can be delivered in bulk, 25kg blocks and chunks (easy dosing / easy melting). Next to being the key component in chocolate, cocoa liquor can also be used for bakery, beverage, and confectionery applications.
