Our organic sweet potatoes are grown in Mexico. After harvest, a flour is produced from the whole organic sweet potatoes which has a naturally sweet flavor, making it an ideal gluten-free alternative to wheat. Our organic sweet potato flour can be used in many bakery products such as cookies, brownies, pies and cakes. It can also be used for direct retail packing. As well as organic sweet potato flour, we also supply a syrup made from organic sweet potato. This syrup is a great alternative sweetener and can be used in many different products.
