Since the organic dragon fruit flowers open at night, our farmers work diligently around the clock to care for the fruit and ensure the best possible yield. Once mature, vibrant colored organic dragon fruit is hand-picked by the farmer, delicately frozen, dried, or pureed and packed for shipment.
