When it comes to our organic Ghana Cocoa there is one remarkable fact to be pointed out: our organic is the first traceable Ghana Cocoa ever ! From the plantation to the processors in Europe ! This was never possible with non-organic Ghana Cocoa nor with FairTrade Ghana Cocoa. Comparing the Dom. Rep. Cocoa industry with Ghana, it is interesting to note the following difference: in Ghana the farmers are even doing the fermentation of the Beans - at the plantations. We just now have imported the first organic crop, but the next is already due to be harvested.
